Urdd Cycle Challenge
Congratulations to all who took part in this event. As a school we have raised well over £2000 towards the Flint Appeal to bring the Urdd National Eisteddfod to Flint in May 2016. The Foundation Phase pupils totalled 155 miles while the Juniors completed nearly 200 miles. I’m sure they would have easily doubled this if we had let them!! With all that pressure it now only remains for Mr Griffiths and Mr Hughes to cycle the 154 miles to Caerphilly in one go (approximately 15 hours) to complete the challenge.
