Our Childcare Sessions
We offer flexible childcare throughout the school year to support the needs of local families.
🌅 Wraparound Breakfast Club
8:10am – 8:55am
Our Wraparound Breakfast Club provides childcare for children who require care before the start of the school day.
Children are offered a healthy breakfast in a calm, welcoming environment before being safely escorted to their classroom.
Please note: Ysgol Gwynedd also operates a separate free Breakfast Club for children from Reception to Year 6. Our Wraparound Breakfast Club is intended for families who require additional childcare before school.
🌈 Morning Wraparound Care
8:55am – 12:40pm
Designed for children attending part-time nursery, our Morning Wraparound Care provides a fun and nurturing environment before their nursery session begins.
Children enjoy a range of play opportunities that support their development through exploration, creativity and social interaction.
🌼 Afternoon Wraparound Care
11:25am – 3:10pm
Following their morning nursery session, children continue their day in our Afternoon Wraparound Care where they can enjoy a variety of engaging activities before the end of the school day.
⭐ After School Club
3:10pm – 5:30pm
After school, children can relax and unwind while enjoying a wide variety of child-led play opportunities with their friends.
Activities are planned around children's interests and include both indoor and outdoor play.
🎉 Holiday Club
8:00am – 5:30pm
Our Holiday Club provides exciting childcare throughout the school holidays with themed activity days, creative experiences, outdoor adventures and plenty of opportunities for fun and friendship.

Sibling Discount
A reduced rate of £22.50 is available for additional siblings attending a full Holiday
Club session.
The first child must be booked at the full session rate before the sibling discount can be
applied.
Booking Procedures
All bookings and payments must be made through the School Gateway App.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement has
been agreed with the Manager.
Booking Deadlines
Wraparound Care – by 7.00am on the morning of attendance
After School Club – by 2.00pm on the day of attendance
Holiday Club – by 7.00am on the morning of attendance
Bookings received after these deadlines cannot be guaranteed and will only be
accepted where:
- Places remain available.
- Safe staffing levels can be maintained.
- Registration limits have not been reached.
- The Club can safely meet the needs of all children attending.
- Children who arrive without a confirmed booking may not be able to attend, and parents/carers may be asked to make alternative childcare arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
Parents/carers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they
wish to cancel a booked session.
Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee
remains payable.
Booked sessions remain chargeable where a child does not
attend unless otherwise agreed by the Manager in
exceptional circumstances.
Payment Options
We accept a variety of payment methods, including:
- School Gateway card payments
- Tax-Free Childcare
- Childcare Offer for Wales
- Childcare Vouchers (where accepted by your provider)
Please indicate your preferred payment method when completing your child's registration.
Food and Nutrition
We believe healthy food supports happy, active children.
- Wraparound – Healthy breakfast snacks and drinks are provided. Parents are asked to provide a packed lunch.
- After School Club – A healthy snack and drinks are provided.
- Holiday Club – Healthy breakfast snacks and drinks are provided. Parents are asked to provide a packed lunch.
Fresh drinking water is always available.
We cater for allergies, dietary requirements and cultural preferences. Please let us know if your child has any specific dietary needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
What age can my child attend?
We provide childcare for children aged 3–11 years, depending on the session. Please contact us if you are unsure which sessions are suitable for your child.
Does my child have to attend Ysgol Gwynedd?
Children attending our Wraparound Breakfast Club, Morning Wraparound Care, Afternoon Wraparound Care and After School Club must attend Ysgol Gwynedd.
Our Holiday Club is open to all primary school-aged children, including those who attend other schools, subject to availability.
What food is provided?
A healthy breakfast is provided during our Wraparound Breakfast Club. Healthy snacks and drinks are provided during After School Club and Holiday Club. Fresh drinking water is always available throughout every session.
Can my child attend if they have Additional Learning Needs (ALN)?
Yes. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment and work closely with families to understand each child's individual needs. We encourage parents to discuss any additional support requirements with us before their child starts so we can provide the best possible care.
What should my child bring?
Children should bring suitable clothing for the weather and any medication they may require. During Holiday Club, we will let families know if any additional items, such as a packed lunch or clothing for specific activities, are needed.
How do I book a place?
Bookings are made through School Gateway. All children must be registered before attending, and places are subject to availability.

Nicola Thomas
Responsible Individual (RI) & Manager
Nicola oversees the overall management of Gwynedd All Stars Club, ensuring the provision meets the requirements of Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and delivers high-quality childcare for children and families.
Sophie Clarkson
Senior Supervisor
Sophie supports the day-to-day running of the club, working closely with children, families and staff to ensure every session is safe, welcoming and enjoyable.
Wrap Around Care Team
Sarah Bentley
Wraparound Lead
Sarah leads our Wraparound Care provision, creating engaging play opportunities and supporting our youngest children as they transition through their nursery day.
Kyla-May Brown
Wraparound Practitioner
Kyla-May works alongside the Wraparound Lead to provide high-quality care and play experiences, helping children feel happy, settled and supported throughout the day.
Our leadership team is supported by a caring team of qualified and dedicated playworkers who are committed to ensuring every child has a positive, fun and enriching experience at Gwynedd All Stars Club.

Register Your Child
All children must be registered before attending Gwynedd All Stars Club. Our online registration form is quick and easy to complete and helps us ensure we have all the information needed to provide safe, high-quality care for your child.
The registration form includes:
- Child and parent/carer details
- Emergency contact information
- Medical conditions, allergies and dietary requirements
- Additional Learning Needs (ALN) information
- Collection arrangements and authorised collectors
- Permissions and consents
- Preferred payment method (School Gateway, Tax-Free Childcare, Childcare Offer for Wales or Childcare Vouchers)
- Emergency medical treatment consent
- Photography and social media permissions
Once your registration has been submitted and approved, your child can attend any of our sessions, subject to availability.
